Special Advisor

Ed Fletcher

Research Strategy Advisory Board Member

Founder Barron Fletcher Consulting

  • In 1999, Ed severed his spinal cord which left him a paraplegic wheelchair user. Whilst undergoing rehabilitation, he decided to dedicate his working life as a solicitor to create a business to help people rebuild their lives after serious injury.

After over 25 years' experience of leading, innovating and operating in this highly regulated environment, Ed successfully oversaw the sale of the Fletchers Group legal services business, which had become the UK’s largest dedicated catastrophic injury law firm.

Ed founded Barron Fletcher Consulting to share his experience and insight to assist others to lead, grow and – where appropriate – exit their organisations.

Now a non-practising Solicitor, Ed has an MA in Developing Professional Practice and passionately believes in Podium’s vision of creating a world with more sport and less injury.
